Villa Bassano, is located not far from Castiglion Fiorentino in the
area of Arezzo.

The house was built in1800, and restored in 2001. It is situated in a panoramic position on the Tuscan hillside with a breathtaking view of the entire Valley of Chio and only 8 km from the town of Castiglion Fiorentino and a step away from Cortona and Umbria.

The Villa is suitable for up to 8 persons. Guests can also use the annex just a few metres from the main villa. This is also completely renovated and is rented only together with the villa.

The Villa has a beautiful 10 to 5 metres large pool, a beautiful stone barbecue as well as a large outside table seating. Villa Bassano is a perfect place to relax, but offers also the possibility to visit some of the loveliest cities in Tuscany, like Florence and Siena in day trips.

The ground floor of the Villa is composed of a well equipped ample kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher dining area and fireplace, living room with a sofa bed, satellite television and DVD, Wi-Fi Internet connection, telephone, a full bathroom with a shower and laundry area with washing machine.

On the First floor there is a double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom equipped with shower and toilet. Furthermore there is a double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom equipped with bathtub and shower. As well as another double bedroom with 2 single beds, with alcove which can sleep another 2 persons, and a en-suite bathroom with a shower.
