Villa Vasari, is located not far from Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona in the area of Arezzo.
The Villa has been restored in 1998. It is situated in a panoramic position on the Tuscan hillside of Santo Stefano with a breathtaking view over the Valley of Chio and only about 7 km distant from Castiglion Fiorentino and close toCortona.

The Villa is suitable for up to 12 persons. The main house is divided into 2 apartments. Furthermore there is an annex building next to the main building, which is rented together with the main building as one property.

The Villa has a beautiful 5 to 8 metres large pool. The Villa is a perfect place to relax, but offers also the possibility to visit some of the loveliest cities in Tuscany, like Florence and Siena in day trips.

The two apartments as well as the annex are furnished with fully equipped kitchens with stove top, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, living areas with telephone, television and Wi-Fi Internet connection, laundry area with washing machine, independent heating, and hairdryers.

Technical description of the Villa: 

Apartment 1:
The first apartment is located on the ground floor of the main house and offers place for up to 4 persons. There is a a living room with a sofa bed, open fireplace and well equipped kitchenette. Furthermore there is a double bedroom with double bed an en-suite bathroom equipped with bathtub, a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. There is a private garden with with a table and seats for up to 4 persons.

Apartment 2:
The second apartment is located on the first floor of the main house and offers place for up to 4 persons. There is a living room with an open fireplace and a well equipped kitchenette. Further more there is a double bedroom with double bed, a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
External stairs lead to the second apartment. There is a private area outside into the garden with a table and seats for up to 4 persons.

Annex:
The annex offers place for up to 4 persons. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, open fireplace, a well equipped kitchen with dining area. Furthermore there is a double bedroom with double bed with en-suite bathroom equipped with bathtub, a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
From a large bedroom and from the kitchen you have direct access to the garden.
Outside there is a private area with a table and seats for up to 4 persons.

Villa Vasari is a very good choice for everybody, who wants to enjoy a beautiful vacation in a typical Tuscan country villa close to Cortona in Tuscany.
