Casa del Respiro, beautiful and spacious home, is located in Civitella in Val di Chiana. Slightly below the house there is a large 5 to 10 meter swimming pool. From here you can enjoy wonderful panorama from Vald di Chiana.

There is a parking place behind the house inside the property via access gate. The owners of the property are very friendly and ready to help out the guests.

The property is reached via a dirt road about a kilometer long. In about 3 km away there is the nearest place: Civitella. There is also the closest grocery store, the closest major supermarket is in Pieve al Topo, about 7 Km. Arezzo is 15 km, about 90 Km from Florence and Cortona about 20 Km. The nearest golf course is about 35 km away in Val di Chiana.

Division of the house

Overall, the house sleeps up to 10 people and offers enough space. Downstairs there is a living room with fireplace and open access to slightly defined by arch a dining area. Behind there is another small dining room and then the kitchen. There is also a downstairs bathroom with shower and a double bedroom in which there is still a single bed for a third person.

To go up a few steps you can reach the bar with a further sofa and from here you can go to the first floor. There are three further double bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a complete open but separated by a wall further single bed and to one of these three sleeps belongs bathroom with shower and tub.

There is also on the first floor yet another bathroom with bath and another living room with sofa in front of another fireplace and direct access to the outside to a staircase.

Outside there is a terrace and a barbecue. A little below the house there is a 5 to 10 meter pool.
