Casa Ulivino is a comfortable Villa in Tuscany close to the coast and in a walking distance - 2,5 Km - to the charming and famous village Bolgheri. The Villa offers space for up to 8 persons and is set among vineyards and olive trees close to the wine road, which connects Bibbona with Bolgheri and further with Castagneto Carducci - another charming village of the area.

The next beach is about 10 Km drive. For that the villa is not embedded beautifully in one of the most charming areas in Tuscany, it is also strategically close to Cecina, Casale Marittimo, Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci. It is also ideal for half- or/and daytrips to Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Florence, Pisa and Lucca.

The Villa is divided as following:

On the upper floor there is a well equipped kitchen with dining area, a living area with Sat-TV. Further more there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with 2 single bed, one with ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also another bath with shower on the upper floor. There is direct access from the living area on the upper floor to the beautiful large covered terrace of the Villa. 

On the lower floor there is another double bedroom with double bed and one double bedroom with 2 single bed. These 2 bedroom share a bathroom with shower. Further more there is a living area with Sat-TV and a kitchenette even on the lower floor. And finally there is a wellness area with Sauna, shower and relax zone to enjoy the Villa perfectly even when the weather is a bit colder.

There are internal stairs, that lead from the lower Souterrain floor with windows to the upper floor, but there is also a direct access to the garden from the lower floor.

The property is fenced and the pool is fenced again. The pool is about 10 to 5 meters large and 1,30 meters deep. There is an electrical entrance gate to get on the property and space for 2-4 cars under a shaded parking area.

The Villa is well equipped with Sat-TV, air condition on the upper floor and barbecue. It is a fantastic place to enjoy Tuscany at its best closer to the sea, but at the same time close some of the most charming and famous villages and cities of the area.
