The apartment has been completely restored and offers an excellent standard of living in the middle of the village of Castagneto Carducci. So if you are looking for typical Italian village flair, still very close to the coast, but at the same time want to live and sleep princely, this is the place for you.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, both with private bathrooms with showers and a kitchen-living room with kitchenette, dining table and another sofa bed for up to two people and satellite TV.

The floors and the entire bathrooms are designed with travertine, which makes the atmosphere of the apartment elegant and pleasant.
By the living area there is an access to a narrow balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. Also from the windows facing the coast you can enjoy this fantastic view.
