Villa Alvento is a beautiful typical Tuscan Stone farmhouse for up to 10 persons, situated not far from Casale Marittimo and about 15 km distant from the next beaches and the Villages Cecina and Bibbona.

The Villa is divided as following:

On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, sofas and Sat-Tv. Furthermore there is a raised area with kitchen and a dining area which has direct access to the garden and porch with a nice stone table. On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with double bed and ensuite-bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with four single beds. All bedrooms have ensuite-bathrooms, each with a shower. All the bedrooms of the Villa have fly screens in front of the windows.

The house has a beautiful dominant position but at the same time is located also cosy in the hilly landscape of the area. The 4-sided infinity pool is 10 x 4 metres large and can be heated on request for an additional cost. There is a sunbathing area around the pool with sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas. The house has a private garden and a functional BBQ with a pizza oven.

The Villa is a great place to combine a relaxing vacation in the hilly Tuscan landscape with refreshing escapes to the seaside close to Cecina and Bibbona.
