Villa Alviani is a newly renovated luxury villa rental set in one of the most beautiful locations between Florence and Siena. When you stay in this villa, you will appreciate the touches of luxury combined with traditional Tuscan charm.

The villa retreat can be compared to a Hollywood getaway in the countryside while at the same time, the location is close proximity to discover the most enjoyable tourist attractions in the area as well as neighboring towns and cities.

Villa Alviani's superb location allows you to view the surrounding countryside, the exterior also features an exemplary garden with oak trees, olive oil trees, flowers with rainbow’s colors and Lemon Plants in ancient Terracotta Vases. This is also perfect for BBQ while enjoying panoramic views. The interiors are very comfortable, with luxury and modern furnishings.

The Ground Floor

On this floor is a bright spacious veranda with fireplace. Near the fireplace are sofas where you can relax and have a glass of wine. There is a billiard room, main kitchen complete with modern gadgets perfect for cooking delicious meals. The dining room has its own fireplace and there is also on this floor a private TV room. The whole ground floor is built entirely from finest wood, with black and white colors offering a pleasant and harmonious contrast.

The First Floor

The first floor opens in to a spacious living area with a typical Tuscan old fireplace and big comfortable sofas. The wooden beams in the ceiling creates a nice artistic traditional atmosphere. There are 4 bedrooms on this floor each with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with bath and showers. All of the bedrooms are carefully and tastefully decorated and they have beautiful views to the landscape. There are three bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds. The bathrooms are exemplary and made from fine Travertino Marble.


The Depandance

There are two extra bedrooms in the Depandance - adjacent to the main Villa.
The Depandance has its own kitchen with dining area. The two bedrooms has a shared bathroom with shower. One bedroom has two twin beds perfect for children. The other bedroom has a double bed.


The Garden, Spa and Pool Area

The swimming pool is set on a fragrant landscaped garden, a perfect place to unwind and relax. Views from the swimming pool overlooks the Chianti countryside. Near the pool is a sitting and dining area where you can enjoy barbecue or alfresco dining. The spa is also accessible from here to the back of the Villa and the spa takes the entire lower floor of the villa. In the spa are turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi - all at your disposal. The swimming pool is for exclusive use of guests staying at Villa Alviani. It is open every day from Mid April until mid October, depending on weather condition. Near the pool are beach umbrellas, table, chairs and sunbeds as well as 1 pool towel per person. The pool can bea heated.
