Villa Andreoli is a beautiful Villa, built in stone, only about 20 Km distant from the sea and not far from Guardistallo in Cecina.

The villa is completely independent and has a 5 to 10 metres large private pool. Great care has been taken with fixtures and fittings.

Technical description:
The main house accommodates 8 people and has 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom.
There is a 5th bedroom with bathroom on the lower floor, which can be rented extra.

Entrance is on the first floor directly from the kitchen and dining room, which both look out over the porch area. The kitchen is in typical Tuscan style with fireplace integrated in the cooking area. The adjacent dining room has a ceramic wood stove, which through a ventilated system, heats the whole house, including the upper floor.

On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with private bathroom and has direct access to the garden. The laundry room and extra bathroom are also on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with en- suite bathroom, 2 double rooms and one with two single beds.

The terrace can also be enjoyed during rainy days, as it has a tiled roof and looks out over the barbecue-area and pool, which is enclosed and has a large sun lounging area.

Further more there is a large lower floor with another double bedroom with bath with shower and with fireplace, maxi TV screen and billiard table. The use of the lower floor is charged extra. The use is optional. 

The villa has air conditioning, heating: both gas and by wood stove, and the pool can be heated on request for an additional cost.
