The Villa is part of a Tenuta near Cetona in the south of Tuscany. The house is where the owners once kept the horses. The place expresses tranquillity and has a special atmosphere. The current living room was the barn, while the round terrace with gazebo was the paddock where the owners tamed and warmed up the horses.


The Villa is about 300 square meters large and offers a fantastic view into the landscape. 


The house is divided in two floors, built on the hill’s slope - both have direct access to the garden.


The lower floor has a large living room with fireplace and a reading area and two double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Both rooms have French doors that open out onto the garden.


The upper floor features a large eat-in kitchen with a separate laundry and utility room, a large dining room with fireplace and two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

 

The spacious garden with pool is a perfect place to recover and relax.

 

The Villa is a great place for a holiday in the south of Tuscany for all those who love tranquility and the charme of this special area in Tuscany, Italy.
