Villa Campagnola is located in the hilly landscape of Tuscany, close to Guardistallo and about 20 Km distant from the coast but also some of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany like San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca, Pisa are not too far and can be visited on a half day trip or day trip.
The villa can be divided into two separate independent apartments, but both apartments are connected and the Villa is mostly rented out as one.

The Villa is divided as following:
Apartment 1:
Ground floor:
One double bedroom with bathroom, one twin bedroom with bathroom, one open kitchen, a dining/lounge room with fire place and one separate bathroom for guests. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, a refrigerator and a dish washer.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with bathroom.

Apartment 2:
Ground floor:
One double bedroom with bathroom, one twin bedroom with bathroom, one open kitchen, a dining/lounge room with fire place. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, a refrigerator and a dish washer.

On the first floor are four double bedrooms with each bathroom and the “tower room" with two sofa beds and bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower.
From all the ground floor rooms including one downstairs bedroom in the first apartment.

The garden which surrounds the villa is directly accessible from all the ground floor rooms including one downstairs bedroom in the small apartment.

In total the villa offers place for 20 persons and is located on the crest of a hill in a panoramic position with an all-round view.
