Inside, the atmosphere everybody can catch is that of an ancient villa: all the traditional details have been maitaned and the reorganization of spaces has been contained. Modern comforts and innovative elements - air conditioning system, independent in each room, washing-dryer machine and internet connection - have been introduced with sobriety.
Technical description:
The villa has two floors.
Ground floor: There is the the entrance hall, full of light, the kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and oven, the dining area, with a big wooden table seating up to 14 guests and fireplace, and the TV room, everything furnished in a simple and functional way.
Close to the TV room there is a suite: a double bedroom with shower room, also adapted for wheel chair users.
First floor: There is a a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom, that can be also setup as a double, with bathroom with shower and the family suite with two consecutive bedrooms: a double and a twin bedroom that can be also setup as a double, a fireplace and a large bathroom with two washbasins and Jacuzzi tub.
The Suite is entered by the double bedroom with 2 single beds and has no other entrance. Guests from this double bedroom with 2 single beds reach the bathroom of the Suite directly by its own door but they have to reach othe parts of the villa (kitchen, living room) crossing the bedroom with doublebed. So the Suite is more suitable for families.
All the bedrooms are furnished with satellite plasma TV and haidryer.
In the vast garden, there is another kitchen, very modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and barbecue, close to a shaded pergola, perfect for al fresco dining.
The pool area, with a solar panel support system to have better temperatures of the swimming-pool - 12 to 6 metres large - is all fenced and features a pool house with changing room and bathroom with shower.
Guests also find comfortable umbrellas and sun-loungers at the pool area.
