Villa Elianto is a 9 bedroom luxury mansion set in its own oasis of natural beauty in the heart of the Maremma region of Tuscany.
The Villa has been totally refurbished in the spring of 2009 and is composed of two adjoining houses connected by an open gallery on the ground floor and an open terrace on the top floor. Of note is the annexe, detached from the house, which is a intriguing conversion of a silo previously used for wheat storage.
Guests of the Villa will be astounded by the magnificent swimming pool and surrounding grounds including the pool house. The Villa has a total of 9 very spacious bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms most which have both shower and tub and double sinks. There is air conditioning throughout, large living and dining areas, a billiard and TV room with a home theatre facility.
The staff at the Villa is prepared and experienced and will take care of the guests needs in the most professional way.
The Villa is divided as following:
On the ground floor there is a large well equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living area, a separate WC and a double bedroom with 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Passing the open gallery of the Villa, in the second part of the semi attached building next to the main Villa on the ground floor there is another large living area with Billard, a TV-room and a separate WC.
On the first floor of the main Villa there is an office with Internet-Connection. Further more there is: a double bedroom with double bed with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, a double bedroom with double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedrooms with 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower and a double bedroom with double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Passing the terrace of the Villa, in the second part of the semi attached building on the first floor next to the main Villa there are: 2 double bedroos with double bed with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower and a double bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Further more there is another annex building, an old Silo and tower. On the last floor of that building there is a double bed - as a kind of Futon on the floor - with ensuite bathroom with shower. On the first floor of the building there is a large bathtub with hydromassage and a steam bath. On the ground floor of the annex building there is a treadmill.
The Villa has 3 pools:
The first pool is 5 x 5 metres large, 50 cm deep
The second pool of the Villa is 5 x 10 metres large, up to 1 m. deep
the third pool of the Villa is 5 to 15 metres large, up to 1,50 m. deep
