Villa Fieno is located not far from Castiglion Fiorentino in the area of Arezzo. The house is a part of an old Borgo and offers space for up to 4 persons.

The estate was restored completely a short time ago. It is composed of several storical houses, that have been carefully restored with the upmost respect for the original architecture and resulting in a variety of housing solutions for the guests. There are 2 independent cottages, a charming large farmhouse divided into 2 apartments both with their own independent entrance; and finally there is another historic building in the center of the borgo with own independent entrance.

The pool can by used by all guest of the estate. The magnificent swimming pool is situated in a panoramic position with a breathtaking view over the Tuscan countryside and hillside of the Val di Chio. It is surrounded by an olive grove. The swimming pool is 15 x 8 meters large. Close to the pool there is also a Whirlpool for the guests.

Technical description of the Villa:
Villa Fieno is a cottage with a private garden and a covered outside area with barbecue. The house offers place for up to 4 persons and has 2 bedrooms. The Borgo’s swimming pool is about 150 meters from the house and can be reached in a short walk through the estate.

On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen with fire place and wooden oven, a living room with sofa bed, and a WC.

On the first floor there you can find the sleeping area. There is one bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with bathtub and another bedroom with a double bed and private bathroomwith shower.

Villa Fieno is a very good choice for everybody, who wants to enjoy a beautiful vacation in a typical Tuscan borgo close to Arezzo in Tuscany, but also close to Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona, a very charming Tuscan village.
