It is certain that the outdoor porch with its large table, barbecue area and swimming pool, is just perfect for evenings spent with friends.

In total the villa offers place for 10+2 persons and is located very peacefully, in a panoramic position in the hilly landscape of the area. The villa offers best comforts for the guests.

Extra costs and deposit:

Final cleaning: 360 Euro for the use of the main villa
Final cleaning: 390 Euro for the use of the main villa incl. Dependance
Normal consumption of electricity (air conditioning not considered) is included in the price.
Heating and air conditioning are charged on consumption
Deposit: 500 Euro (refundable)
Final cleaning it’s compulsory. If people stay in a villa more than one week they can choose if they want cleaning of the villa included change of the bed linen and towels during the stay at the same price as final cleaning or just change of bed linen and towels at 10 Euro per guest.
