The estate, surrounded by vineyards and fields, is located only about 4 km distant from San Gimignano, along the Via Francigena historic pilgrimage route in Tuscany.

The property is excellently situated. The area is only an hour drive from Siena.
The most beautiful art cities of the areas, such as Volterra, Florence, Pisa and Lucca can be reached in halfdaytrips or daytrips.

The Villa, built in the 18th century, offers enough place for up to 10 persons together with Dependence. All rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are two suites and two standard bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, TV and free Internet access. The common areas for the guests include a spacious living room with a large fireplace, and a dedicated TV room with wide screen television.

Technical description of the Villa:

Ground floor: There is a large living room with open fireplace, TV room equipped with TV 3D 60 ", stereo, movie library and music library, dining room for up to 12 persons and fully equipped kitchen. Also one can find a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor.

First Floor: There are four bedrooms on the first floor. There you can find three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have bathrooms, two of which are with shower and the other two have a bathtub with a hand held shower.

Dependence: About 10 m from the villa there is a small cottage that can accommodate two more people. It is completely separate and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with dining table and fireplace.

Outside there is a beautiful infinity pool as well as an outdoor patio area ideal for al fresco dining and relaxation in the sun.

Villa Giottino is located very peacefully, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
