This beautiful Villa is located about 25 km distant from the sea not so far from Cecina in Tuscany. It offers a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding hills. 

There is a spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace and a separate large modern kitchen, all with direct access to the porch that overlooks the pool.
Some of the double bedrooms have typical hand-made, four-poster iron beds made in Lucca and elegant old stone wash basins.
The Villa counts six bedrooms, each with private bathroom and air conditioning.
It is certain that the outdoor porch with its large table, barbecue area and swimmng pool, is just perfect for evenings spent with friends.
