Villa Locarno is situated among the olive trees of the ancient farm, on a hill dominating the entire valley. It was constructed as a military facility with its tower in the sixteenth century. The remains are still visible, embedded in the wall structure, confirming the age period from medieval times.

The villa has two floors, surmounted by a tower from which you can enjoy views of the hilly Tuscan landscape, unique in the world. Spacious living areas and four elegant rooms furnished in a style that links ancient and modern in absolute synthesis, create the perfect setting for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Seven acres of olive groves surrounding the property offer a possibility of long walks in plants that produce refined oil.
A barbecue, pergola and a large wood-burning oven restored respecting its original structure, help to recreate the ambience and friendliness of the past.
The ground floor consists of the living-dining area, the kitchen equipped with all necessary staff, the room "Cupid's Dart" and a bathroom. You can access to the upper floors either through a stone external staircase that leads onto a small balcony from which you can enjoy a view, or through a major steel spiral staircase.
On the first floor there are rooms "Luce di Levante" and "Breath of Zephyr", the bathroom and a spacious lounge area with a huge fireplace and antique. The tower, which is the most original and distinctive architectural feature of the villa, opens in the room "Room of the Poet" and the bathroom. All rooms are tastefully furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with appliances, color TV with satellite.
There are also available: a large barbecue area with loggia, which allows you to eat outside and enjoy the splendid natural surroundings, away from direct sunlight; a large wood-burning oven restored respecting its original structure, where you can prepare typical dishes in the most ancient Tuscan tradition; a private pool that offers a chance to cool off in the shade of olive trees.
