Villa Novelli is nestled in the green hills near Montecatini Terme and is only about 3 km distant from the center of the village. The villa is in a beautiful rural location in the countryside, but with restaurants, shops and markets just a few minutes drive away.

The villa is an old Tuscan residence and dates back to the 19th century. The house has been completely renovated. The property includes a private park, in which there is also the pool, with many olive and cypress trees. From the property you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old village of Montecatini Alto and the famous spa town of Montecatini Terme.

The villa is divided as follows:

On the ground floor there is the dining area, the kitchen, a double bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.

New is a further double bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and a sofabed for 2 more persons.

On the first floor there is a living area and three double bedrooms: two with a double bed, one with two single beds, and three bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with a shower.

The owner of the villa is enthusiastic about sports, which you can see from the interior of the villa. There are many ways to have fun and relax in the villa in a playful way.

The pool of the villa is 9 by 4 meters large and 1.40 meters deep. It is open from April up to and including October.

The pool can be heated on request and then reaches a temperature about 5 degrees higher as normal. Costs for this in the months of April, May, September, October: 300 euros/week, in the months of June, July, August: 150 euros / week.

The villa is equipped with WiFi inside and outside. There is also satellite TV, a pool table and a pingpong. Furthermore the villa is also equipped with an alarm system, air conditioning and a washing machine and dryer.

The villa is located below a street with little traffic, which means that the house is very well connected and you can get to Montecatini Terme very quickly. The next restaurant is just a few hundert meters from the house.

By car you can reach some central cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Forte dei Marmi and San Gimignano in half day or day trips.

The villa is an excellent choice for a vacation in Tuscany: centrally located, well equipped and also excellently looked after.

New: Charging station for electric cars at the parking of the Villa. For charging a car overnight a forfait of 20 Euro per charge/night is due.
