The Villa is a Tuscan holiday home on the outskirts of Lucca, close to a typical Tuscan village situated along the slopes of the hills of Lucca, and is surrounded by age-old olive groves and ancient woods.

The Villa consists in 4 different houses/appartements and one Villa with another private pool, which are rent together as one Villa for groups of up to 39 persons.

The recently restored farmhouse set along a hillside overlooking the plain of Lucca is, without doubt, the perfect spot for those wishing to spend their holidays amongst enchanting countryside whilst still being able to enjoy the benefits of all the latest mod.cons.

The farmhouse is surrounded by extensive woods and has a garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool. Furthermore, the olive groves and oak forests are beautiful locations in which to enjoy lesiurely picnics in the heart of the countryside. The farmhouse is the ideal setting for family holidays, and is also suitable for groups, couples, sports enthusiasts, lovers of nature and all those who enjoy a healthy lifestyle and adventure holidays. Moreover, it can cater for both congresses and work conferences.

This rural dwelling is divided into 4 houses, which have all been tastefully furnished and have special facilities guaranteeing a high level of comfort for guests. In addition, the houses also share other facilites such as the park, the swimming pool, a laundry room, a barbecue area and a wood burning oven in which bread and pizzas can be prepared.

House 5: Small Villa close to the main building with private pool

This house is an indipendent villa on ground floor. The main entrance leads to a spacious and luminous living room where you’ll find a warm fireplace, a dining table, and a comfy lounge area with couches and satellite TV. The room is very bright because it has two windows and two French doors. All the rooms in the house are decorated with beams and rafters, along with antique furniture and décor which recall the atmosphere of the typical Tuscan villas of years past. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to create delicious al fresco meals, such as an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, perfect for whipping up a divine caffè con panna. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the villa. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and their own private bathroom and hydromassage hot tub. The third bedroom has a single bed and a separate complete bathroom with shower. The villa has two gardens. One of the gardens is located on the west side of the villa and features a gazebo, which is perfect for outdoor dining. While eating outdoors in the gazebo, guests can also enjoy magnificent views over the surrounding hills and the valley of Lucca. The other garden is located to the north of the villa and has a private swimming pool 6m×12, perfect for a refreshing.   

The Villa is the perfect place to stay in Tuscany for large groupps, family reunions and festivities.
