Villa Santini is centrally located in Tuscany for day trips to some of the most famous cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence, but also to the coast within easy reach, to then relax in the rural surroundings of the villa and enjoy the charm of the region at its best.
 
The Villa sleeps 4 people and is ideal for two couples or a family on vacation.
 
The house is has three levels and is divided as follows:
 
On the first floor there is an open-plan living area with sofas, the kitchen and the dining area.
There is a spacious terrace in front of this.
 
On the second floor there is a double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. On this level there is also another terrace and a barbecue area outside.

In the garden of the villa is the 3.5 by 3.5 meters large pool, small but nicely arranged right next to the Jacuzzi, which is available as an additional wellness element.
 
All in all, a very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing vacation home in a very good location in Tuscany in Italy. In short: best conditions for a wonderful vacation.
