Villa Signorelli is nestled in the rolling hills, the clay region in the heart of Tuscany, 34 km south of Siena , a territory rich in history and incredibly beautiful landscapes and dates back to the 17th century.It was originally restored in 1802 and than again, restored and modernized to its final state, from 1995 to 2000.The villa is part of the Fattoria, a large farm spanning 212 hectars and is owned by a sienese family, descendant of the famous and noble 15th century family, notable bankers, notaries and theologians of Siena.

The Villa with its own olive groves and vineyards, is half an hour drive away from the famous artistic and historic towns of Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona and the celebrated abbeys of Monte Oliveto Maggiore and Sant’Antimo and it is within a stone’s trow of the famous wine regions producing Chianti Classico, Brunello and Vino Nobile.

The Villa, with its own private swimming pool from which the views are particularly spectacular stretching the eye as far as Siena and Monte Amiata, offers relaxing and intimate stay in a luxuriously refine atmosphere.

The Main Villa is divided as following:

On the ground floor: there are the main eintrance with an office area with facilities for Internet connectiion, a living room with couches, stereo, satellite TV, DVD player, fireplace, a kitchen all equipped with fridge, ice maker, oven, american coffee machine, espresso coffee maker, a large dining room with fireplace, and another smaller dining room.

Also on the ground floor there are one double bed room with bathroom with shower hydromassage, one double bedroom with disable facilities with bathroom with shower, one small double bedroom with double bed with bathroom with shower.

On the first floor: there are 3 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with tub, 2 triple bedroom with bathroom with shower.


The Annexes

The surrounding garden hosts two separate annexes: Bellaria, a red brick building renovated into a comfortable apartment with two double bedrooms and Poderino, more recently renovated, divided into Suite Ada on the first floor, and, on the ground floor, Salvia apartment, capable of accommodate up to four people. Villa Boscarello, with its large halls and outdoor spaces, offers an environment suitable for weddings and ceremonies.
