Villa Spontini is a beautiful Villa located in the heart of Tuscany, offering best possibilities for excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa and it is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany.
The Villa is located close to Peccioli in the Province of Pisa and within walking distance you find the village where is possible to get and find main services: food shop, bar/patisserie, bank, post office etc.

The Villa is close to the Teatro del Silenzio - the place, where Andrea Bocelli once a year is giving a concert close to his hometown Lajatico.

This is an elegant liberty stile villa built around 1800, carefully restored approximately 10 years ago, maintaining its typical architecture.

The Villa has a surface of 400 square metres.

It can accommodate up to 13 people and it is divided as following: 

Ground floor: built in kitchen, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, etc, ; store room; living room with stone fireplace, sofa, armchairs, sat TV; large frescoed withdrawing room; dining room with a large crystal table, a double/twin room, library; shower room.

The first floor is reached via a stone and wrought iron staircase.

First floor: corridor leading to two double bedrooms (the master bedroom has a four poster bed);  another corridor leads to two twin/double bedrooms (in three of these rooms it is possible to add a single bed for children); 1 bathroom with tub; 1 shower room.

Outdoors: near the kitchen and living room, reached by a two arched French windows there is a garden with a stone floored loggia with table, chairs for al fresco dining or relax on comfortable sofas, shaded by a hundred years old wisteria.

From a tiled staircase one can reach the lower garden that leads to the swimming pool overlooking a stunning panorama, the dimensions of the pool are the following: 12x4mt, depth 1.30mt with Jacuzzi relax points, sun beds, umbrellas.

The Villa is located in a small Tuscan Village and there are other houses in the direct neighbourhood. From the pool and the garden there is a wide view into the Tuscan Landscape. So the Villa offers a perfect mix for everybody, who wants to pass a vacation only 100 metres distant from the next bar, but at the same time in the Tuscan landscape far from the big cities.
