Fabulous Tuscan villa with private pool in “modern” style situated near Monsummano Terme.
Surrounded by an exceptionally beautiful countryside, Villa Le Terme is the perfect spot for those who want a holiday in total privacy, relaxation and comfort with family & friends. A very good choice of base to explore the most fabulous places in Tuscany.
Top places in Tuscany such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, San Gimignano, Vinci and Siena are a stone’s throw away, as are the renowned seaside resorts of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio) and Montecatini and the Grotta Giusti, famous for their natural spas with qualified “wellness” treatments.
The nearest town, Cintolese is just 1.5 km away and is complete with a supermarket, pharmacy, post office, caffe, a bank and the local pizzeria is only a comfortable short walk in the evening.
A few kilometers is an 18 hole golf course “La Pievaccia” 2 kms away, and a tennis club as well.
The villa has a large pool (11 x 7 metres plus 4 x 5 metres ) and is well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, 2 showers. There is a well maintained garden surrounding the property and is complete with a wooden pergola with curtains, a lounge area beside the pool, also perfect for moments of relaxation with a good book or a prosecco.
The kitchen leads to an outside pergola where you can eat and enjoy the local products.In the garden there is also a barbeque area.
There is a spacious parking area outside the gates, but still inside the property.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa (340 square metres) is laid out on two floors, and can sleep 13 people. It has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious, well lit, airy and perfect for a comfortable holiday.
The ground floor consists of various open areas which join up the rooms themselves without dividing them and the glass doors and the skylights create a luminous atmosphere dominated by light colours like white, brown and beige.
The open space on the ground floor is divided into a dining area, a modern and well equipped kitchen (stove, bar with fridge and icemaker , comfortable divan and satellite tv.) Still on the same floor there is a spa area with indoor heated hydromassage (3,80 mt. X 2,5 mt x 1mt depth) a sauna (4mq),turkish bath 4mq. 2 heated relax beds and a beautiful view onto the outside area. The perfect place for relaxing after a day spent touring the surrounding towns and the beauties of Tuscany.
A staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find 5 double bedrooms in a refined and minimalistic design, all with private bathroom with shower, Sat. Tv. Three of the bedrooms also have a single bed.
Finally, there is a TV room with a large corner lounge. This area is only reachable by a lift from the spa. Wi-fi and airconditioning are connected in the whole house. Animals are allowed but on request.
