Villa Vallano is an independent property surrounded by over 18 acres of woods and olive groves. It is on the last western slopes of Mount Albano, approximately 250 m above sea level.

All rooms have been renovated with a careful eye for details - antique furniture and ornaments, antique doors, prints, paintings and Persian carpets.

Technical description of the Villa:
On the ground floor there is a large living room, three antique fire places, as well as a good equipped kitchen with electric oven, fridge,dishwasher. Furthermore there you can find a bedroom with double bed and with an additional sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub and shower tub as well as a toilet.

On the second floor there you can find three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower and toilette.

The entire house is equipped with air conditioning system as well as complete Internet wireless connection. 

Outside there is a swimming pool 8x16 meters. In front of the house there is a beautiful garden which offers a beautiful panoramic view.

The Villa is located very central in Tuscany - so a great place to visit Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena and other important charming cities and villages in Tuscany, but also a great place to relax and enjoy Tuscan atmosphere.
