Villa Venturi is located directly behind a renowned winery and offers space for up to 10 people.
 
The outdoor area of ​​the holiday home is spread over several levels and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills from the house.
Most of the space is available on the large terrace in front of the villa's entrance to the kitchen. Outside there is a brick barbecue and a 4 by 8 meter pool with sun loungers, parasols and a pavilion. The pool is 1.20 to 1.40 meters deep and fenced. The villa is also equipped with an insect protection system to keep mosquitoes away.

The house is divided as follows: On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen leads to a utility room with space for provisions. There is also a small sink and washing machine. Furthermore there is a living room on the ground floor with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, a fireplace and satellite TV and two bathrooms, each with a shower.

On the first floor there is a large terrace in front of the villa, which offers direct access to the pool and the parking lot. In the house on the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a living area with a table and chairs and a sofa bed for one person if required.

Up the stairs you get to the top floor. There is a double bedroom with two single beds and two double bedrooms with a double bed. One bedroom with a double bed is large and also has a private terrace. There is also another bathroom with a shower on this level.

The rooms of the villa, including all bedrooms, are equipped with air conditioning and the windows in all bedrooms have fly screens.
