The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden with oak and holm oak trees, lavender and rosemary. There is also a beautiful swimming pool in the garden.

The house is very well furnished with late eighteenth century furniture in walnut.
Fonte della Rosa is an independent residence that sleeps for up to 8 people. There is a large cellar, on the ground floor there is a large lounge with fireplace and two doors leading to the panoramic portico and garden, a double or twin bedroom with bathroom with shower, a large kitchen with a door leading to the garden, a larder, w.c.

On the first floor, which can also be reached from outside by an outside staircase with a typical Tuscan loggia, there is a living room with a sofa bed and access to a small covered terrace, a small kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom with bath and shower, a large double bedroom with access to a terrace which enjoys beautiful views, a bathroom with bath and shower, a closet.
