Villa Bonanno is an ancient manor that in the XIV century belonged to a family of famous painters. A beautiful villa is located in Tuscany, in the heart of the Chianti region. The proximity to the historical cities like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra invites you to many interesting excursions. But you can also enjoy the warm sun of Tuscany at the swimming pool of the villa, surrounded by the vineyards where the famous Chianti wine is produced.

The villa is divided as following:
There are five double rooms with double bed and a room with two single beds. All rooms have private modern bathroom with shower. The rooms are furnished with antiques. In the wrought iron beds one finds the modern comfort of orthopedic mattresses. The rooms, depending on location, are overlooking the garden, the yard, the church or the cypress trees.

On the first floor of the villa there are two large living rooms, equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a large arched window overlooking the cypress trees, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. In one of the living rooms there is a beautiful stone fireplace with the family coat of arms of the former owners. The floors are all fitted with antique hand-made terracotta tiles.

In the spacious dining room there is a 3 m long table that can be extended up to 4.5 meters. In the various antique kitchen cabinets there are all necessary utensils. Also in the gazebo, there is a large dining table. A spacious kitchen is equipped with high-quality features, from a profi-stove to the industrial dishwasher, double fridge and a countertop made of marble.

In the basement you can find exclusive Chianti wine and olive oil.
There is a tennis court not far from the property that is provided to the gusts of the villa free of charge.

No air conditioning but fans on bedrooms ceiling.
