In the heart of the Chianti is located this beautiful Villa, just a few minutes distant from Tavarnelle. The Villa can accommodate up to 22 persons, so it is very appropriate to bigger groups.

The Villa is divided as following:

On the ground floor:
In the main villa on the ground floor there is a living area with fireplace, a double room with double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, a separate with bathroom with shower, another living area with kitchenette and washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace and dining table. Furthermore there is a little SPA with fitness area, Sauna and whirlpool.

On the first floor:
There is a double room with double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub with hydromassage, a Triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on a gallery with ensuite bathroom with shower, a separate bathroom with shower, another double room with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower with hydromassage and direct access to a terrace on the first floor with a beautiful view on the chianti hills.
Furthermore there is another living area with fireplace, a small separate kitchenette and a playroom with tables and a computer with WI-FI internet connection.

Furthermore there are three more double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom with shower.
A stair leads to another double bedrooms with double bed, which has to use another bathroom with shower, which can be reached using other stairs.

The annex building: on the ground floor a couple lives, that takes care of the property. On the first floor there is another apartment with the garden. It has a living area with fireplace, a dining area and a big kitchenette. Further more there is a double bedroom with double bed and a double bedroom with single beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower.

Part of the property has also a big garden and a beautiful pool. On demand additional services can be offered like breakfast, half- or full board.

Shopping and dining:

There are several restaurants and a supermarket in Tavarnelle, a short drive distant from the property. Further more there are other options for shopping and dining in Barberino Val d’Elsa and Colle Val d’Elsa.
There are Tennis courts in Noce, a few minutes drive from Tavarnelle. Horeback riding is possible in San Filippo, a 10 minutes drive away at the Maneggio “Il Parataio". There is an open air market in Tavarnelle on Thursdays, in San Donato in Poggio on Fridays and in Barberino Val d’Elsa on Saturdays and in Poggibonsi on Tuesdays.

At the Villa there is a reception-service from Monday to Saturday. So during the day the reception is open only for the guests and the lady at the reception will be at your service to help you get services like driver, restaurant or other wishes organised, if there is a need.
