The Villa with dependance is situated not far from Bagno a Ripoli, about 15 km from Florence, at the center of a well connected network of art sites and are surrounded by olive plantations, vineyards and forests, an ideal place for a restful and cultural holiday. The Villa with dependance offers 3 double bedrooms with double bed, 4 double bedrooms with twin beds and 1 single bedroom.

The main house offers place for up to 12 persons and is divided as following:

3 twin/double rooms with single beds (large beds, 100 cm) each with en-suite bathroom
2 double bedroom with double bed (king size beds) each with en-suite bathroom
In one of the double bedrooms there is a third bed.
1 single bedroom (large bed, 120 cm) with en-suite bathroom
1 reception room
2 living rooms
1 breakfast room
1 dining room
1 living room with a small bar on the first floor of the tower
1 fully equipped kitchen

The dependance offers place for up to 4 persons and is divided as following:

1 double bedroom with double bed (king size beds) with en-suite bathroom
1 twin/double rooms with single beds (large beds, 100 cm) each with en-suite bathroom
1 living room with fully equipped kitchenette

The villa is entirely equipped with ecological, sustainable energy sources, as solar cells for electricity and geothermic system for heating and air conditioning. A wide garden and large swimming-pool (6 x 12 meters) are at the guests' disposal in the surrounding area. Outside the villa there is a barbecue with a pizza-oven.

The property is excellently situated. The most interesting cities in Tuscany like Arezzo 60 km, Siena, 80 km, Lucca 90 km are reachable in a half day or day trip. There is much to visit in the surrounding are and the Villa is an ideal starting-point for exploring and enjoying Tuscany.
Next to the Villa Pisano there is an other separate private villa, Villa Bartolomeo, which has the same owners , the villas are close to each other, but separated by hedges and trees. Each has a private access and drive way and each villa has also a private pool.
On the property there is a wellnesshouse. The use of the wellneshouse is not included in the price. The fitness will be reserved exclusively to the first client who books a Villa and will cost 1000 euro per week.
