The Villa is locsted only about 2 Km distant from the charming village Riparbella and about 8 Km distant from the sea. The Villa does not have a pool, but offers a very high standard close the sea for a fantastic holiday in Tuscany with many amenities.
The Villa is embedded beautifully in the green landscape of the area. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. 2 bathrooms are with shower, one with bathtub with hydromassage.
In the tower of the Villa there is a bedcouch and in the corridor of the first floor another possibility to sleep for one more person.
On the ground floor there is another bathroom with shower and the living area of the Villa with a professional kitchen, a dining area and a very nice terrace and garden outside.
The Villa is very well furnished, has Sat-TV and Internet.
At the place in a seperate apartment lives the caretaker couple. The privacy of the guest is not disturbed by that fact.
The Villa offers a high standard and very good value for the money for a holiday in Tuscany, Italy near the coast.
