This beautiful property is located in a panoramic position, a few minutes walk from the medieval village of Celle sul Rigo and 6 km from the thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni.

On the ground floor there is a big lounge with fireplace and access to the garden, dining area with table for 12 people and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, a laundry with washing-machine, a guest bathroom, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. 

On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower, living area with kitchenette, a beautiful master bedroom with access to the panoramic terrace, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. 

The Swimming pool is heated with solar panels with adjoining shower, bathroom and dressing room. The pool is protected by a sheet that can be closed automatically.
