Villa Virginia is a recently renovated luxury Villa for rent in Tuscany: conveniently located in one of the best areas of Tuscany, between Lucca and Florence, the Villa is located only about five minutes drive from lively villages, and in awalking distance from bars and shops, and just about thirty minutes drive from Florence, even twenty from Lucca.

Villa Virginia was fully renovated in 2020, 2021, and only opened to public in July 2021, after a 1 year renovation period, with completely new furnitures, interior and exterior design.

Composed by two buildings, the main villa and its dependance can guest up to 12 people plus 4 kids, and has an additional quarter for staff - including place to sleep for needed inhouse staff.

The villa has 6 double bedrooms, two of which are master suite bedrooms of over 25 sqare meters space. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

There is underground heating and individual air conditioning in every single room, including the bathrooms, and full furniture of high tech TV and sound systems. So the fully restored villa brings old tuscan design into the modern era, for the full comfort of the guests.

There is an alfresco “pergola” dining area next to the villa, with a new gas barbecue and outside wooden table and chairs for everybody, just next to the wine yard. The Estate is composed by an entrance road, with cypresses and pines, fully enlightened at night from above and by the side of the road; a huge swimming pool with evening internal and external lights,
including 5 umbrellas, more than 20 chaise longues and pool chairs with tables, outside huge cushions and a shower. By the pool guests can enjoy a full serviced kitchen with a fridge and storage space, an induction cooking area and a dining table.
