The villa is suitable for up to 12 persons and has 2 floors: On the ground floor there is a lounge/dining room, a sitting room, 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with double bed and 1 twin bedroom, all with en suite bathrooms with shower and toilette.

There is also another toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully furnished and contains many kitchen accessories and appliances like: gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and dishwasher.

On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with double bed, all with own bathroom with shower and toilette.

The outside area of the Villa is weel furnished: There is a large terrace for outdoor dining and a 5 x 10 meters large pool. The terrace offers a beautiful view into the Tuscan landscape.
