Villa Fontani is a beautiful Villa, that is divided into 2 separate Apartments, which are rented togehter as one independent Villa in Tuscany. Part of the Villa is a farm with 150 hectars of land, that surrounds the villa. From the villa there is a spectacular view in the valley.

The originals of the Villa are in about 1700 and it was restaured with attention for the details in 2007.

Technical description of the Villa

The villa is for 12 plus 3 persons, so maximum for 15 persons. The Villa is divided into  2 separate appartements, that are rented  together as one.

On the groundfloor there is an apartment for 6 plus 1 persons: There is a living area with chimney and a bedcouch for one person, a dining room, a kitchen with direct access to the exterior part of the villa, a WC, a double bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with double bed with bathroom with bathtub and shower and a double bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is an apartment for 6 plus 2 persons with living area with chimney and a bedcouch for 2 persons, 2 double bedrooms with double bed and own bathroom with bathtub and shower, one of them with hydromassage and a double bedroom with single beds and bathroom with shower.

There is a garden and a pool (6x12 metres), a car parking, Sat-TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and freezer.
