The villa is suitable for up to 8 persons and has 2 floors: On the ground floor there are two lounge rooms furnished in typical Tuscan style, including fireplace, LCD television, DVD and Hi-Fi stereo.The kitchen is fully furnished: gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and dishwasher.

On the first foor there is a guest toilet. Also there are 3 double bedrooms with double bed and 1 double bedroom with single beds, all with en-suite bathroom with shower and toilette. The outside area of the Villa is well furnished: There is a large terrace for outdoor dining and a 5 x 10 meters large pool.
