The charming stone-villa has been built in the 60’s and was renovated in 2007; it is located on the hillside at approximately 220 metres of altitude and about 12 km distant form the sea with a wonderful panoramic view over Capalbio, Argentario peninsula, Ansedonia, Giannutri island and the Burano lake.

The Villa is divided as following:
The villa has two floors.

Upper ground floor: Stairs lead from the parking to the main entrance, which is into a large living room with fireplace. To the right some steps up lead to a lobby leading, anticlockwise, to a large dining room, the kitchen, a little guests bathroom and another lobby with a double bedroom with double bed with en suite bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with two single beds with and a bathroom with bathtub.

Ground floor: There are four more double bedrooms, each with own bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has an own separate entrance and is not connected with the living- and dining-area and the kitchen of the Villa. These four bedrooms are divided as following:

Villa Fanelli is surrounded by a 6000 square metres large garden, which is developed on many levels with different kinds of trees: holm oaks, corks, olive trees, pines, cypresses and fruit trees. The infinity-edge pool enjoys breathtaking views over the valley and the sea.
