Partly restored in 1998 and partly in 2011, Villa Gigliana shares spectacular views of the beautiful landscape of the Cortona area. The Villa consists of two apartments with independent entrance, which cannot be rented separately. The bigger apartment, spread over two floors sleeps up to 6 people, whereas the smaller one, on the first floor, sleeps up to 4 people. It is possible to rent only the large apartment with private and exclusive use of the outside area of the Villa.

Technical description:
On the ground floor, a spacious hallway entry foyer leads into a living room, where there once were the old cellars, and one bedroom with double bed with en-suite bathroom. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all essential household appliances and amenities. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds with views overlooking the Valdichiana, each with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms.

The entrance to the smaller apartment is on the first floor and is accessible through an external stone staircase with a covered terrace and has two big living rooms, one with fireplace and the other one is used as a dining room. The fully equipped kitchen and the dining room are communicating. The sleeping area of the apartment consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathroom with shower.

There is also a lovely wide veranda with wrought iron table and barbeque suitable for enjoying enchanting candlelit dinners.
