The house was designed by famous Italian architect and was recently renovated in 2020 favoring a minimalist, modern, simple clean design. It is complete with an infinity pool, sauna, wellness area and gym for added recreation and relaxation. Ground Floor

On the ground floor you find a sophisticated grand living room and a dining room with a veranda. On this floor are 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. One of the rooms has an adjacent study room, equipped with a desk and sofa. All beds have luxury mattresses of high quality. Ceramics from Amalfi also grace the design of this floor.

Second Floor

There are 6 bedrooms on this level and 4 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a master suite equipped with king size bed. All bedrooms have airconditioning. The floor on this level is made of wooden board original from south Tyrol. There is a surround sound Bose stereo system and Satellite television found in the main room and lounge areas. The interiors have been tastefully decorated by a renowned architect.


Fitness and Wellness Area 

Villa Manzoni offers a fitness and wellness area. Included is a gym, a sauna made of precious and fragrant Cembrian pine wood, with a large window overlooking the garden, and a Turkish bath. The sauna and Turkish bath are crafted by Starpool - a leading company in luxury hotels’ wellness centers around the world.


Outdoor Area 

Villa Manzoni's garden is well maintained and has several seating areas for relaxation. Included is a game table area with a football table and a ping pong perfect for both young and adult guests. The swimming pool is 17-meter long, very ideal for swimming. The pool is sanitized with the salts of life, a compound of magnesium potassium and sodium which are good for the skin and relax the body, just like the best thermal waters. The pool is sorrounded by solod teak wood heated floors.
