Main villa
 
The main house is divided as follows.
 
On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living area with a sofa and armchairs and a beautiful fireplace. A few steps higher - still on the ground floor - there are two more lounges: a TV room with two sofas and a reading room with a sofa, table and chairs.
In addition, there is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and sink on the ground floor, and finally a bathroom with shower and separate tub.
 
On the first floor there is a corridor with a wardrobe with additional blankets and pillows with access to a small terrace. In addition, there are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds + 1 wardrobe; Bedroom 2: canopy double bed + wardrobe + chest of drawers; Bedroom 3: double bed + wardrobe + chest of drawers. Bedroom 4: double bed + wardrobe. The fourth bedroom leads to bedroom no. 5, which is on the second and top floor. So these two bedrooms share a bathroom. This fifth bedroom is located under the roof and is limited in height in some places, which is why it is more suitable for two children. There are two single beds here.

 

Next-door house

On the ground floor you get directly into a room with a living area with TV and a kitchen area with a dining table.
In addition, there is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and a barrier-free bathroom with shower that is handicapped-friendly.
On the mezzanine floor, which is accessible from the living area, there is the second bedroom of the building, also with a double bed, and a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Mezzanine floor: In the annex there is a mezzanine floor that is accessible from the living area and leads to the second bedroom with a double bed, which is a little narrower at 1.40 meters, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

All bedrooms and the common areas of the villa are equipped with air conditioning. In addition, all bedrooms also have fly screens on the windows. Both buildings also equipped with an alarm system.

The villa is a wonderful place for a vacation in Tuscany, well looked after and also very well equipped.
